Service Description
A skin consultation should always be the first step in any skincare journey. It's in-depth and looks at your skin routine, medical history, and lifestyle to find the best treatments and products. By getting my expert advice, you can avoid wasting time and money on products that don't work for your skin type or concerns. I will contact you to set up an appointment to talk about your skin, analyse your skin and understand your skincare goals, review your routine and recommend the right products for you, also explaining how best to use them.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Conditions A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for bookings. All bookings are subject to availability. Refunds are not available for bookings made using A.B.Skincare Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Full payment is required at the time of booking via debit or credit card. ​ Changing Your Booking Bookings can be changed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. No changes are permitted within 7 days of your appointment. We kindly ask that all rescheduling requests are made within a 2-week period. This allows us to better accommodate you during peak times and ensures availability for all clients. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from A.B.Skincare. ​ Cancellations Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment (by 9am) or non-arrivals will incur 100% of the booking fee. Cancellations made 7–30 days prior will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.​
