Welcome to A.B.SKINCARE! Our terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of A.B.SKINCARE's Website, located at www.abskincare.com.

Prices

All prices and charges displayed on our website, brochures, and other communications are subject to change.Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment Conditions

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for bookings. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Refunds are not available for bookings made using A.B.Skincare Gift Vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via debit or credit card.

Changing Your Booking

  • Bookings can be changed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. 

  • No changes are permitted within 7 days of your appointment.

  • We kindly ask that all rescheduling requests are made within a 2-week period. This allows us to better accommodate you during peak times and ensures availability for all clients.

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from A.B.Skincare.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment (by 9am) or non-arrivals will incur 100% of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–30 days prior will incur a 50% charge.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.​

Age Restrictions

  • Guests must be 18+ to make a booking.

  • Treatments available to guests 14+, with a supervising adult for those under 18.

Availability

While we strive to offer all listed treatments and experiences, some may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific services.

Photography

Some of the images used on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. CCTV is used on the premises for safety and security. A full privacy policy is available on request or on our website.

​General Advice

  • Avoid alcohol and heavy meals before treatments.

  • For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, we kindly request a no phones policy during treatments. This helps maintain a calm and undisturbed environment.

  • Robes are provided.

  • Remove contact lenses and jewellery before treatments.

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted.

  • Customers feeling unwell must notify a staff member immediately.

Treatment Advice

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early.

  • A medical questionnaire must be completed before treatment.

  • Treatment time includes consultation and relaxation.

Important Notes for Pregnant Customers

Certain treatments  are unsuitable during pregnancy. A specially tailored treatment is available after the first 12 weeks. Please speak to Lavinia for guidance.

Health Conditions

Some treatments  may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions. Please consult with your doctor before booking if you have:

  • Heart or circulatory issues

  • High/low blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Epilepsy

  • Asthma or chest conditions

  • Migraines or sensitivity to heat

  • Recent surgery

  • Deep vein thrombosis

  • Skin infections or contagious conditions

  • Please inform your therapist of any allergies or health concerns prior to treatment.

Allergy Advice
Please be aware that our products may contain nuts or nut-derived ingredients. Unfortunately, if you have a nut allergy, we will be unable to provide treatments for your safety.

Additional Support

If you have any disabilities or specific care needs, please inform us at the time of booking and upon arrival so we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for you.​​
