A.B. Skincare is an independent skincare brand founded and formulated by Lavinia McAllister.

my products are thoughtfully formulated and handcrafted in Ireland, with many products freshly made to order.​I aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, ingredients, availability and services. Product descriptions and images are provided to help you make an informed choice, although slight variations may occur between individual handmade or small-batch products.

2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

I take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes and prices displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. As my products are formulated and made in small batches, there may be minor variations in colour, texture or appearance between batches. These variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.Please read the product description and ingredient list carefully before purchasing.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) 

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available through my website.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or product availability issues.

If I cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many A.B. Skincare products are freshly made to order.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days for processing before dispatch. This processing period is separate from the delivery time once your order has been dispatched.

We appreciate your patience while your products are carefully prepared.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I currently do not offer delivery. or shipping as of yet.

6. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or contains an incorrect item.

Where appropriate, I may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item, I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

7. USING A.B. SKINCARE PRODUCTS 

Please follow the directions provided for each product.

Patch testing may be recommended for certain products or ingredients. Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients of products before use and for following any usage or storage instructions provided.

Stop using a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

A.B. Skincare cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual, as everyone's skin is different. My skincare information is provided for general educational purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

8. MASTERCLASSES

A.B. Skincare continues to offer selected skincare Masterclasses and educational experiences.

Masterclass dates, locations, prices, availability and what is included will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Masterclass cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change a Masterclass booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a specific Masterclass has its own cancellation or booking terms, those terms will be provided at the time of booking and will apply to that event. Masterclass places may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement from A.B. Skincare.If I need to cancel or substantially change a Masterclass, I will contact affected attendees and provide the appropriate options.

9. MASTERCLASS PARTICIPATION

My Masterclasses is designed for skincare education and personal enjoyment.

Any skincare demonstrations or guidance provided during a Masterclass are for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice or a diagnosis.

Please let me know in advance if you have any relevant allergies or sensitivities that may affect your participation.

Participants are responsible for informing us of any relevant concerns before using products during a Masterclass.

10. GIFT CARDS

Where A.B. Skincare Gift Cards are available for purchase, their value, expiry date and any applicable terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Specific terms relating to a Gift Card will apply at the time of purchase.

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from errors, interruptions or omissions.

I reserve the right to update, change or remove website content, products, prices or availability at any time.
